摘要:
为了解柠条锦鸡儿抗旱水分生理特性,采用盆栽控水的方法,设置重度干旱胁迫、中度干旱胁迫和适宜水分3个水分梯度,对柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshi nski i )1a 生实生苗进行了干旱胁迫处理,测定了叶片相对含水量、蒸腾速率、保水力、清晨叶水势、最大渗透势(Ψ100)、初始质壁分离时的渗透势(Ψtlp)、初始质壁分离时的相对含水量(R WCtlp)和束缚水与自由水比值等水分生理指标。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的减少,柠条锦鸡儿的蒸腾日变幅减小,日平均蒸腾速率急剧降低,束缚水与自由水比值增大,在60d 和90d 时,中度、重度干旱胁迫的相对含水量和清晨叶水势较适宜水分均显著降低,但2个干旱处理间差异不显著;随含水量的减少,Ψtlp、Ψ100和R WCtlp降低,但Ψ100-Ψtlp的阈值增大。柠条锦鸡儿在干旱胁迫下具有很强的保水、吸水能力,适应干旱生态环境。
Abstract:
In order to st udy t he hydrologi cal physi ologi cal characteri sti cs of Caragana korshi nski i ,accord—i ng to water controllable pot planti ng ,t hree water gradi ent—s uitable moi st ure water ,moderate drought and heavy drought were set for one—year—old seedli ng of Caragana korshi nski i pre—dawn relati ve water content ,water retenti on capacity ,trans pi rati on rate ,pre—dawn water potenti al ,maxi mu m os moti c potenti al(Ψ100),os moti c potenti al of plas molysi s (Ψtlp),and t he propoti on of bound water to free water were deter mi ned .The res ults s ho wed t hat wit h t he s oil water content decli ned ,t he trans pi rati on daily a mplit ude ,trans pi ra—ti on rate ,Ψ100,Ψtlpand R WCtlpdecreased ,but t he B/F and Ψ100-Ψtlpi ncreased ,In conclusi on ,C.kor—shi nski i had a excellent water abs orpti on and water conservati on capacity ,and it could adapt to heavy drought .
