摘要:
采用“火艳石楠”的一次枝、二次枝作为不同外植体,研究了无菌培养体系建立、增殖培养和生根培养技术,结果表明:建立无菌系适宜的外植体为3月中、下旬萌发的腋芽,污染率小,诱导率高;幼苗茎段在MS+2.0mg·L-16—BA +0.5mg·L-1K T 增殖效果最好,增殖系数可达到5.8;适宜的生根培养基为1/MS+0.8mg·L-1N AA +0.2~0.4mg·L-1I BA ,生根率为59.7%~70.0%。
Abstract:
The young ste m apexes of t he fi rst branch and t he second branch of Photi ni a fraseri cv ca melvy were used as different explants to establi s h sterile cult ure s yste m,proliferati on cult ure and rooti ng cult ure .The res ults s ho wed t hat buds whi ch were plucked i n March were easi er to i nduce axillary buds ,because of less conta mi nati on rate and hi gh i nduce rete ;axillary buds could be i nduced on MS+6—BA 2.0mg·L-1+K T0.5mg·L-1fro mjuvenile ste ms ,and t he propagati on rate up to 5.8;1/MS+N AA 0.8mg·L-1+I BA 0.2~0.4mg·L-1was si utable for i nduci ng roots ,wit h t he rooti ng rate up to 59.7%~70.0%.
