摘要:
通过对泥河沟侵蚀试验小区表层(0~10 cm)土壤酶及土壤养分的测定,研究了侵蚀土壤和泥沙中酶活性与土壤养分的关系.结果表明,水土流失使土壤酶损失,造成了泥沙中除脲酶外其它酶活性均高于表土层,呈现出高肥力土壤高流失的现象;流失泥沙中各种酶活性,以及它们与流失养分间呈现出显著或极显著关系,这种关系表明土壤流失不仅造成了土壤养分的损失,也造成了各种酶活性的降低.
