以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液作为展开剂,通过聚酰胺薄层色谱,研究了微乳液类型对杜仲黄酮分辩率的影响。选择含水量70的微乳液作为展开剂,检测灵敏度显著提高,分离效果理想。
