摘要:
用拉曼技术研究低温胁迫及光胁迫条件下,高原植物绢毛相思 (Acacia holosericea) PSⅡ反应中心的变化,所测得的拉曼谱表明,在低温胁迫条件下,光诱导的光抑制更为严重,表现为光强下降,但低温胁迫再加光胁迫测得光强反而上升,较好的体现了绢毛相思在光合作用方面的抗逆性.并且PSⅡ反应中心复合物为全反式构型.
