摘要:
对超声波提取杜仲叶中的活性成分工艺进行了研究,并与常规加热回流法进行比较分析.结果认为,超声波提取的最佳条件为:提取前的浸泡时间是60~90 min,提取时间为40 min,超声波频率为40 kHz;超声波提取对热敏性物质的提取效果优于加热回流法.
