摘要:
以尾叶桉U6(Eucdypius urphyllae cv U6)无性系为研究材料,盆栽于土壤相对含水量分别为100(I,CK)、80(Ⅱ)、60(Ⅲ)和40(Ⅳ)条件下30 d,研究干旱胁迫对桉树幼苗的生长和某些生理生态特性的影响.结果表明,土壤干旱胁迫对桉树幼苗株高、茎、根系生长,叶片数、叶面积及生物量等指标均产生显著影响,但根、茎生长受干旱胁迫影响的程度明显低于叶片生长.与对照组相比,各指标值均随土壤相对含水量的降低表现出下降趋势.土壤干旱胁迫也显著影响桉树幼苗叶片含水量、叶绿素含量及游离脯氨酸含量
