摘要:
采用主成分分析等多元统计方法,通过对有关叶片形态结构和水分生理的13项指标及其相互联系的分析,综合地得出了30个毛白杨无性系的抗旱性强弱顺序.结果表明,无性系25、7、30、98、72、85号抗旱性较强.评价的主要指标有10项,可以不包括蒸腾效率、气孔密度和表皮层厚.形态结构和生理功能指标相结合进行抗旱性评价是必要的,在观察形态结构的同时,更应重视生理功能的测定.
