摘要:
采用ArcGIS地理信息系统平台,以Visual C6.0作为开发工具,利用了MapObject和ArcObjects组件对象模型进行开发,系统能实时进行林火行为的模拟预测,形成扑火力量集结方案,为林火指挥扑救提供决策支持方案,并实现现场和防火指挥中心扑火方案的实时交互。第1期肖化顺等广州市林火扑救与指挥决策支持系统设计与实现
Abstract:
Based on the ArcGIS platform, Visual C6.0, MapObject and ArcObjects objecting model,a desision support system (DSS) of forest fire suppression and dictation was developed. The DSS could not only forecast the realtime fire action but also shape the concentrating scheme of suppression force.The realtime alternative command scheme could come into being.
