摘要:
采用Li6400便携式光合分析仪测定了3个杨树品种(小青杨、107、W13)的光合生理生态特征和光合日进程。结果表明,在不同时间,3种杨树品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率各异;净光合速率、蒸腾速率与环境因子及内部因子之间有密切关系,其中光合有效辐射是影响净光合速率、蒸腾速率的主导因子,而胞间CO 2浓度和气孔导度起到了重要的调节作用;3种杨树的水分利用率表明,小青杨比107、W13高。第2期苏东凯等不同杨树品种光合生理生态特性的研究
Abstract:
Ecophysiological characteristics and diurnal photosynthetic courses of 3 kinds of polar tree species ( Populus pseudosimonii , Populus×euranericana cL.,W13) were measured by Li6400 The results showed the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate for different species were different at different time and closely related to environmental conditions and plant internal factors. Photosynthesis active radiation was the dominant factor, and stomatal conductance, intercellular CO 2 concentration also played important roles in plant photosynthesis and transpiration. Water use efficiency of P. tseudosimonii was also higher compared with the other two species.
