摘要:
对七子花树冠不同层次叶片的黄酮、鞣质、生物碱、皂甙、木质素和绿原酸等6种次生代谢产物的含量进行测定。结果表明,6种次生代谢产物的总量和各次生代谢产物的含量在不同层次之间存在着一定的差异,总量以上层最高,为150.66 g·kg-1;黄酮以中层最高,总生物碱是下层最高,总皂甙、绿原酸、鞣质、木质素均为上层最高。6种次生代谢产物中,绿原酸与总皂甙、总生物碱与绿原酸之间存在极显著的相关性。第2期杨蓓芬等七子花叶片次生代谢产物含量分析
Abstract:
Contents of 6 secondary metabolites such as flavonoid, tannin, alkaloid, saponin, lignin and chlorogenic acid in leaves of Heptacodium miconioides from different crown layer were determined. The results showed that there were certain differences among 6 secondary metabolites contents and total content in the leaves from different layers. The total secondary metabolites content in the leaves from the top layer was highest (150.66 g·kg-1). The flavonoids in the leaves from the middle layer were the highest, and the alkaloid in the leaves from the low layer was the highest. The saponin, chlorogenic acid, tannin and lignin in the leaves from the top layer were the highest. Among 6 secondary metabolites, there was significant relationship between the chlorogenic acid and the tannin, and also between the chlorogenic acid and the alkaloid.
