摘要:
用土钻取样法研究了生长于流动沙地和固定沙地上的中国沙棘种群根系生物量。结果表明,在干旱季节,各土层的根际土壤含水量随深度的增加而增加,增加幅度为流动沙地大于固定沙地;在湿润季节,根际土壤含水量随深度的增加而减少,减少幅度为固定沙地大于流动沙地。表土层(015 cm)中沙棘主根分布量在流动沙地显著高于固定沙地。在不同类型沙地上,沙棘细根分布比例的差异表现为 在干旱季节,土层深度为045 cm处,固定沙地(86.7%)显著高于流动沙地(62.4%),而在土层深度大于45 cm处,流动沙地(37.6%)显著高于固定沙地(13.3%);在湿润季节,表土层(015 cm)中细根分布比例显著高于干旱季节,土层深度大于15 cm的细根分布比例较少,流动沙地仅为13.3%,固定沙地为37.5%。西北林学院学报21卷第3期马明呈等青海贵南高海拔沙地沙棘种群根系生物量的研究
Abstract:
By the method of soil auger sampling, the distribution and growth degree dynamics and rhizosphere soil water dynamics of Hippophae rhamnoides biomass roots with depth were studied under different soil water conditions in growing season. The results indicated that in the drought season, soil moisture in the rhizosphere increased with the depth, it increased more in moving stand dunes than in fixed ones; Soil moisture in the rhizosphere decreased with the depth, it decreased more rapidly in fixed sand dunes than in moving ones;In the range of 015 cm below the surface, the main root distribution abundance of H.rhamnoides was significantly more in moving sand dunes than in the fixed ones; In the drought season ,there was a higher proportion of thin roots in 045 cm layer in fixed sandy land (86.7%) than that in the moving sand dunes (62.4%),but below the 45 cm layer, the distribution of the thin roots in moving sand dunes(37.6%) were higher than in the fixed ones; In raining season, the proportion of the thin roots distribution in surface (015 cm) was significantly higher than that in drought season, but under 15 cm layer, the distribution proportion of thin roots decreased, it was only 13.3% in moving sand dunes, and 37.5% in fixed ones.
