摘要:
对商南县2年生油松苗木进行乳牛肝菌(Suillus bovinus)、褐环乳牛肝菌(S. luteus)和褐黄牛肝菌(Boletus luridus)3种外生菌根真菌菌剂的接种试验。结果表明,接种菌根真菌能明显提高苗木的菌根化水平,提高苗木的成活率,促进苗高和地径的生长,同时降低植株体内丙二醛含量,增加叶绿素含量,促进游离脯氨酸在植株体内的累积。西北林学院学报21卷第5期郭渊等外生菌根真菌对油松幼苗的接种效应
Abstract:
Twoyearold seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis were inoculated with three kinds of Ectomycorrhiza fungi inoculum, Suillus bovines,S. luteus and Boletus luridus.The results showed that there had evident stimulative effect on improving the seedling's mycorrhizarized level, promoting the survival rate and the height and the diameter at ground level of the seedling, synchronously, decreasing the content of malondialde , increasing the content of chlorophyll and promoting the cumulation of free proline.
