摘要:
本文研究了外源一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)浸种对翅果油树种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在10-4 000 μmol·L-1范围内,SNP可以提高翅果油树种子的发芽率,在10-2 000 μmol·L-1范围内,SNP可以促进翅果油树幼苗地上部和根的伸长生长,地上部的鲜、干重及根系鲜重的增加,且有利于侧根发生。其中以100 μmol·L-1处理对种子萌发及地上部和根的伸长生长的促进效果最好,以1 000 μmol·L-1处理对侧根发生的促进效果最好。其中100 μmol·L-1处理的综合效果最好。
Abstract:
The effects of exogenous NO(nitric oxide) donor SNP(sodium nitroprusside) on seed germination and seedling growth of Elaeagnus mollis was studied.The results showed that SNP with the concentration of 10-4 000 μmol·L-1 can increase the seed germination rate, and 10-2 000 μmol·L-1 SNP can promote the growth of root and aerial part of seedling accumulation of fresh aerial part weight and dry weight and fresh root weight,and was good to genesis of branch roots.100 μmol·L-1 SNP showed the best effect on seed germination and growth of root and aerial part, and 1000 μmol·L-1SNP showed the best effect on genesis of branch roots. The effect of 100μmol·L-1SNP was best.
