摘要:
用30°V型刀具嫁接法、劈接法、双舌接3种核桃微体嫁接方法进行对比试验。对比试验的嫁接接穗采用经过8周试管培养的试管苗,砧木采用出土13 d的核桃切根子苗。试验结果表明,30°V型刀具嫁接苗成活率最高,为40.6%,显著优于劈接法(25.1%)和双舌接(10.8%),说明30°V型刀具嫁接方法比劈接法和双舌接法更适用于核桃的微体嫁接。
Abstract:
This paper contrast the survival ratio of three micro-grafting methods for walnut, the 30. V graft cutter grafting,cleft-grafting and double tongue grafting . The scions were the test-tube plantlets cultivated 8 weeks, and the walnut seedlings have developed 13 days then cut their roots used as the stocks. The test result indicated that, the survival rate of 30. V graft cutter grafting is highest, reached 40.6%, remarkably surpasses cleft-grafting (25.1%) and the double (10.8%). As a result that the 30. V graft cutter grafting was more suitable than cleft-grafting and double tongue grafting as the walnut micro-grafting method.
