摘要:
用正交试验设计的方法,探讨了四翅滨藜播种育苗和扦插育苗中的一些主要影响因子。结果表明,覆盖方式对播种试验结果的影响程度最大,适宜的播种育苗方案为:清水浸种24h,在耕作土与过筛河沙体积比为1∶2的基质中播种,深度为1~2cm,播种后用遮阳网遮阴;取材的部位对扦插成活率的影响程度最大,适宜的扦插育苗方案为:取半木质化(枝条中上部)的长为8~10cm插穗,在200 m g/L ABT1溶液中浸泡1h,在耕1∶沙2的基质中扦插。
Abstract:
Main factors were studied of influencing? seedling cultivation of Atriplex canescens through seeding and cutting methods. The results showed that for seeding method,the way of mulching was the significant factor,the optimized proceedure of seeding was to presoak the seeds in water for 24 hours, sow the seeds in the medium composed by farming soil and river sand with a proportion of 1∶2 in a depth of 1~2 cm,and mulch the seed bed with adumbral net.For the cutting method, it was found that the most significant factor of influencing survival rate was the positian of collecting cuttings.The optimized proceedure of cutting was to collect the semi-lignified cuttings with a length of 8~10 cm from the middle to upper part of a branch,presoak thaem in ABT-1 solution with a concentration of 200 mg/L for 1 hour, and make the cuttage in the medium mentioned above.
