摘要:
为研究早期落叶病的遗传特性,对秦冠富士两个品种及其F1代叶片斑点落叶病和褐斑病发病情况进行了田间调查和比较,结果发现秦冠的抗病性明显高于富士.3个组合中,F1代斑点落叶病(Alternaria alternate f.sp.mali)和褐斑病(Marssonina mail(P.Henn)Ito)的病情指数均不符合正态分布.初步认为褐斑病和斑点落叶病的抗病基因为数量性状,但含有主效抗病基因.各组合内,每个组合中褐斑病与斑点落叶病的病情指数之间无相关关系.秦冠作母本可以显著提高杂交后代对斑点落叶病的抗病性.
