摘要:
以刺槐人工林为研究对象,采用定点监测的方法对刺槐人工林根系生长量和土壤有机碳的垂直分布进行了对比研究.结果表明,在0~50 cm土层中,26 a生刺槐林的根系生物总量是5 a刺槐林的8.1倍,分别为1 193.6 g/m2和147.1 g/m2;5 a林根系生物量最大值出现在表层,而26 a林根系生物量最大值出现在第3层.但是,5 a生和26 a生的人工刺槐林地土壤有机碳含量差别不大,垂直分布趋势一致,最大值都出现在土壤表层.说明根系生物量与土壤有机碳之间没有直接的量变关系.
