摘要:
对侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)、沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)混交林及侧柏纯林土壤养分指标、微生物种群数量及酶活性进行了对比分析.结果表明,沙棘-侧柏混交显著改善了林地土壤养分状况和土壤生物学特性.土壤全N、水解N、全P、速效P、全K、速效K含量都明显高于侧柏纯林,N素增加尤为明显;混交林地与侧柏纯林地相比,土壤细菌和放线菌的种群数量均有不同程度的增大,而真菌数量却有所减小;土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著提高.相关分析表明,2种林分土壤有机质、全N、水解N、全P、速效P和速效K之间显著相关或极显著负相关;真菌数量与土壤pH值呈极显著负相关关系,而细菌、放线菌数量及蔗糖酶、脲酶活性分别与土壤有机质、全N、水解氨、速效N等主要养分指标呈显著或极显著正相关;过氧化氢酶活性除与全K有较高相关关系外(r=0.884*),与其他养分指标相关性不强.研究从一个侧面揭示了沙棘-侧柏混交造林速生丰产的机理.
