摘要:
对胡杨根际真菌与内生真菌进行分离,共获得真菌344株,经显微形态观察鉴定,分别为半知菌亚门22个属、接合菌亚门2个属和鞭毛菌亚门1个属,表明胡杨根际真菌和内生真菌有着丰富的多样性。西北林学院学报22卷第6期袁秀英等胡杨根际真菌与内生真菌多样性研究
Abstract:
344 strains of rhizosphere and endophytic fungi were isolated from Populus euphratica.According to the micromorphology identification,these 344 strains belong to 22 genera of Deutermycotina,2 genera of Zygomycotina and 1 genera of Mastlgomycotina.The results indicated the diversified characteristics of rhizosphere and endophytic fungi of the P. euphratica.
