摘要:
试验以色木槭和流苏的2 a生实生苗为试材,通过分析不同浓度的盐处理(0、50、100、150 mmol/L)对色木槭和流苏叶片质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响,比较二者的耐盐性。结果表明,随盐处理浓度的升高,叶片质膜透性、MDA含量呈上升趋势,其中流苏的膜透性和MDA含量升高幅度较大,受盐害较重。同时,随NaCl浓度的升高,SOD活性呈上升趋势,POD活性先上升后下降,升高幅度色木槭均高于流苏。由此得出,色木槭具有较强的耐盐性,流苏耐盐性较弱,这与色木槭具有较强的抗氧化酶活性有关。
Abstract:
Experiment was conducted with the seedlings of oneyearold Acer mono and Chionanthus retusus for studying the effects of different salt stresses on membranelipid peroxidation, and resistantoxidation enzyme activities and comparing the saltresistance abilities between there two plants.The results showed that the MDA content and electrolyte leakage in both plants increased with the increase of NaCl stress. The membrane permeability and MDA content in C. retusus increased more quickly than A. mono and thus experienced greater damage at higher NaCl concentrations. The activities of SOD showed an increasing trend at the increase of salt contents in treatments,while the activities of POD increased at first and then decreased later. These results indicated that the A. mono has greater salt tolerance than the C. retusus contributed to the stronger resistantoxidation enzyme activities in A. mono.
