摘要:
为探索北缘地区枇杷在春季的光合特性,以引自日本的枇杷品种二号和当地品种 “麦后黄” 为研究对象,分别于3月初和4月中旬采用Liˉ6400型光合系统进行光合作用相关参数的 测定。 结果表明:枇杷光合速率日变化以双峰型为主,且光合速率随环境温度的升高而增加;蒸 腾速率、水 分利用率日变化趋势均与光合速率日变化相似;春季,北缘地区枇杷具有弱光照植物的特 性,对光 照的适应范围较小,且在3月份对弱光的利用效率明显高于4月份,二号品种对弱光的利 用率和光 合潜力均高于麦后黄。
Abstract:
In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Eri obotrya japonica in northˉcultivatedˉ marginal area in springtime, correlative parameters of two different loquats varieties (No.2, introduced from Japan; Maihouhuang, local variety) were measured by means of L Iˉ6400 portable photosynthesis sysˉ tem in early March and in middle April. The results indicated that the curves of diurnal change of net phoˉ tosynthetic rate mainly showed two peaks; the photosynthetic rate inc reased with the increase of environˉ ment temperature; the curves of the diurnal change of transpiration r ate and water use efficiency were simiˉ lar to the photosynthetic rate; and that loquats in northern margin al cultivation area in spring season are characterized by weak light plant, of which the adaptability to l ight was not wide. The utilization efficiency of weak light in March was significantly higher than that in Ap ril. No.2 variety was higher than Maihouˉ huang in weak light utilization efficiency and photosynthetic potent ial.
