摘要:
通过测定荒漠锦鸡儿( Caragana roborovskyi )、驼绒藜( Ceratoides l atens )和白毛锦鸡儿 ( Caragana licentiana )在夏季和秋季的与抗逆性紧密相关的多项生理生化指标, 分析3树种对季 节变化反应的敏感度及其与抗逆能力的关系,为抗逆能力的评价提供新的思路与方法。 运用模糊 数学理论等级评分法,以各指标夏秋变化率为树种反应敏感度评判标准,对3树种季节变 化反应的 敏感度综合评分,并用模糊数学隶属函数值法综合评价3树种的抗逆能力,比较与分析敏 感度与抗 逆能力的关系。对季节变化反应的敏感度:荒漠锦鸡儿>驼绒藜>白毛锦鸡儿;综合抗逆能 力:白 毛锦鸡儿>驼绒藜>荒漠锦鸡儿。3树种对季节变化反应的敏感度大小与抗逆能力大小相反 。树 种的敏感度可以解释树种对季节变化适应性的强弱,对抗逆能力有指示作用,可望应用 于树种抗逆 能力的评价。
Abstract:
By testing several physiological and biochemical indices wh ich have close relation with stress reˉ sistance of Caragana roborovskyi, Ceratoides , Caragana licentiana in s ummer and autumn, reaction senˉ sitivity of the three tree species to seasonal change and their re lations to stress resistance wire analyzed. The reaction sensitivities of the three tree species was assessed b y means of fuzzy gradation theory using change rate of indices in summer and autumn as assessment criter ia.By means of subordinate function valˉ ue method of fuzzy mathematical theory, stress resistance of the th ree tree species were evaluated and their relations with their reaction sensitivities were analyzed.Reaction s ensitivities of three tree species to seaˉ sonal change follows such a trend:Caragana roborovskyi>Ceratoides lat eens>Caragana lilcenttiana ; Comprehensive stress resistance of the trees performed as:Caragana l icentiana>Ceratoides lateens >Caˉ ragana roborovskyi .Their reaction sensitivities to seasonal change w ere just contrary to their stress resistˉ ance. Sensitivity of tree species explains the adaptability to seaso nal change indicating the effect to stress resistance and can be used to evaluate the stress resistance of t ree.
