摘要:
对引进的26个杨树种(品种)的叶锈病( Melampsora lariciˉpopulina )病 情指数进行了田 间调查和分析。结果表明:供试的26个树种均发病严重,发病率为100%,病情指数26.02 ~ 99.30 。不同杂交组合的病情指数存在差异,但在多数杂交组合间差异不显著,而同一 杂交组合的 不同种(或品种)抗病性出现明显的分化,绝大多数品种间的病情指数存在显著差异。 因此,在杨树 抗锈病选育工作中,不仅要考虑不同派系的抗病性差异,更应注意种或品种间的抗病性 分化。
Abstract:
The pathogenic indices of Melampsoral lariciˉpopulina with 26 p oplar species or varieties were investigated in the field. The results indicated that all of the p oplar species or varieties were 100% infesˉ ted, with the pathogenic indices ranging from 26.02 to 99.3.There was no significant difference among the pathogenic indices of different hybridized combinations,though the d ifferences existed to some extent. For most species or varieties within the same hybridized combination, however, the resistance to pathogen were significantly different, which implied that much attentions f or the selection of diseaseˉresistant speˉ cies of poplar should be paid not only to the resistance appeared in different hybridized combinations but alˉ so to that among species or varieties.
