摘要:
采用分光光度法对七子花叶片不同生长时 期的黄酮、鞣质、生物碱、皂甙、绿原 酸等5种次 生代谢产物的含量进行测定与分析。结果表明:黄 酮、皂甙、鞣质、绿原酸含量的变化曲 线均为“双 峰型”,最大值分别为现在5月中旬和8月中旬;皂 甙和鞣质含量的变化幅度较小,黄酮和 绿原酸的 含量变化幅度较大。生物碱含量的变化规律与其 他4种次生代谢产物含量不同,其总的趋 势是逐 渐下降,直至落叶,但在8月中旬(盛花期)出现 一个小的波峰。总量与黄酮、绿原酸与 鞣质之间存 在极显著的相关性,绿原酸与总量、皂甙之间、 鞣质与皂甙之间、生物碱与黄酮之间均 存在显著相关 性。七子花叶片中黄酮、皂甙、生物碱、鞣质、 绿原酸之间存在着类似的合成途径或共 同的中间代谢 产物;黄酮、生物碱的含量较高。
Abstract:
To determine the contents of 5 secondary metabolites, such a s flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids, saponin and chlorogenic acid in the leaves of Heptacodium miconioides at different growth periods, the spectrophotometry was used to detemine the contents of 5 secondary m etabolites. The results showed that the change curves of flavonoids, saponins, tannins and chlorogenic appeared double peaks type. The two maximum values were reached in the middle of May and August res pectively, while the minimum value was reached at the middle of June. The change scales of saponins and tannins were no significant, while those of flavonoids and chlorogenic acid were large. The change rule of alkaloids was different from the others. On the whole, the trend of alkaloid was declined until the leave s fell, while there was a small peak in the middle of August (the blooming period). There were extremely sign ificant correlations between the total contents and the contents of flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, and ta nnins. There was also significant correlaˉ tion between the content of chlorogenic acid and the total content , the content of chlorogenic acid, between the content of saponins and tannins , between the content of alka noids and flavonoids. The secondary meˉ tabolits in the leaves of H.miconioides could regulate and control t he grwoth of plant in every stage. The contents of the flavonoids and alkanoids were relatively high.
