摘要:
从油樟(Cinnamomum longepaniculatum)根茎叶中分离得到203株内生细菌,通过形态观察选出形态特征不完全相同的68株内生细菌(根56株、叶9株、茎3株),初步显示油樟中内生细菌具有多样性和器官特异性的特点。通过平板拮抗的方法,对选择出的68株内生细菌进行抑制植物病原真菌试验。68株内生细菌中有17株(全部分离自根部)对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)、胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)、大斑凸脐蠕孢菌(Exserohilum turcicum)等4种植物病原真菌中的至少1种有抑制作用。这些内生细菌对辣椒疫霉菌的抑制效果最好,对胶孢炭疽菌的抑制效果最差。
Abstract:
203 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum, 68 strains (56 from roots, 9 from leaves and 3 from stems) were selected based on their morphologically characteristics, indicating that the endophytic bacteria of C. longepaniculatum possessed and organs specificity. The 68 strains were tested for their antipathogen activities against 4 phytopathogenic fungis. Results showed that at least 17 strains which were all isolated from roots presented antipathogen activities to one or several tested fungi, especially to Phytophthora capsici, while had minimum inhibiting effect to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.
