摘要:
以高山笃斯越桔嫩茎段为外植体,应用均匀设计法筛选最适合的培养基,结果表明:最适合外植体嫩茎段腋芽萌发生长的培养基为:DR+ZT3.00 mg·L-1+IAA0.10 mg·L-1+GA31.50 mg·L-1,萌发率达98以上;腋芽生长及生根的培养基为:MS(改良)+IAA0.10 mg·L-1+mA0.30 mg·L-1+GA31.10 mg·L-1,再生率达99以上.成功建立了高山笃斯越桔的微繁体系.
