摘要:
以杜仲人工杂交获得的种子为材料,进行了组织培养及无性系化研究.结果表明:无茵苗培育的方法可以提高杜仲种子的发芽率;子叶节不定芽诱导的最适宜培养基为MS+6-BA2mg·L-1,诱导率为85;单节茎段快速增值的最适宜培养基为MS+6-BA2mg·L-1,增值系数为3.80;而最适宜单节茎段生长的培养基为MS+6-BA1 mg·L-1+NAA0.1 mg·L-1,生长系数为3.71;无根苗的最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA1.5 mg·L-1,生根率达90.
