摘要:
通过盆栽条件下水分胁迫试验,测定了一球悬铃木优良无性系的耐旱性生理生化指标,结果表明:在水分胁迫下,12个一球悬铃木无性系光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数均出现明显差异,GA与荧光参数的Fv/Fm、△F/Fm、qP和光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)变化趋势一致,ABA、IAA、ZR呈现区间波动态势。NY44、SJ8、SJ36、DY36、ZJ36、ZJ14等无性系耐旱性较强。
