摘要:
利用水浸提的方式对人工栽培和野生雷公藤的生化物质进行提取,通过萝卜种子发芽实验进行生物检测,结果表明:生境的改变对雷公藤化感物质的表达可能有重大影响,野生雷公藤水浸液大多对萝卜种子的萌发有促进作用,而人工栽培雷公藤水浸液大多对萝卜种子的萌发有抑制作用,其中以根和鲜叶水浸提液的抑制效果最为强烈,因此在雷公藤田间栽培推广中应慎重与萝卜间作、轮作或者混交。
Abstract:
Raphanus sativus seedlings were treated with different concentrations of aqueous extracts from different organs of artificial planted and wild Tripterygium wilfordii.The results showed that the aqueous extracts of different parts of wild T. wilfordii had a positive effect on the germination of Raphanus sativus seeds, while the aqueous extracts of artificial planted T. wilfordii had a negative effect on the germination of R. sativus seeds, in which the extracts from root and fresh leaves had strongest inhibition effect. Mixed plantation of R. sativus and T. wilfordii should be avoided.
