摘要:
 以2年生灵武长枣嫁接苗为试验材料,采用室外盆栽试验研究不同氮素(100、200、300 mg·L-1)水平下盐(NaCl)胁迫(CK:0 mmol·L-1, A:50 mmol·L-1,B:150 mmol·L-1,C:200 mmol·L-1)对灵武长枣苗叶片单位面积干重、枣吊与枣头的粗和长净生长量的影响。结果表明:随着盐浓度的增加,枣吊与枣头的粗和长净生长量总体呈降低的趋势,其中盐浓度为50 mmol·L-1、氮处理为200 mg·L-1时的枣吊粗净生长量最大,盐浓度为50 mmol·L-1、氮处理为300 mg·L-1时的叶片单位面积干重最大;而盐害率(P)和盐害指数(D)则随盐浓度的增加而增大。盐胁迫下,提高氮浓度能促进苗木的生长、降低盐害程度,对盐胁迫的危害具有一定程度的缓解作用。
