摘要:
 对木麻黄凋落物浸提液、土壤浸提液、根浸提液处理青皮及不同生境下的青皮苗叶片光合作用特征和叶绿素荧光参数进行了测定。结果表明:1)生境的改变及浸提液处理降低了青皮幼苗的光合速率。浸提液处理及生境的改变使青皮幼苗光饱和点提高,光补偿点下降,表明其提高了植株对光的利用能力。2)随有效光合辐射与CO2浓度的增加,木麻黄各浸提液处理和迁入地的青皮苗的气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)都有所下降。其中根浸提液处理与迁入地的青皮苗表现出一致的变化趋势。3)木麻黄浸提液处理组和不同生境下的青皮苗的叶绿素荧光参数FoFv/FmFv/FoYETR存在显著差异。
