摘要:
 采用遥感技术开展退耕还林工程规划、验收和监测,具有科学、经济、客观、高效等特点,在退耕还林工程中得到了广泛的应用。利用同一地区退耕还林前和退耕还林后不同时相的遥感数据,通过用GIS中的空间分析技术可定期获得该地区已经退耕还林的面积,高分辨率遥感数据可用于退耕还林工程的监测,了解退耕还林地的植被生长状况及质量状况,实现对退耕还林地工程的实施情况进行实时评价。
