摘要:
 对采用不同工艺生产的兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)刨花板所释放的有机污染物浓度数据进行主成分分析,确定了影响落叶松刨花板环保性能的主要因素,总挥发性有机化合物、醛酮类化合物、酯类化合物和芳香烃类化合物是影响刨花板环保性能的主导因子。对落叶松刨花板环保性能进行综合评价,得到刨花板产品综合环保性能评价最优的生产工艺条件为:板厚度8 mm,板材密度0.7 g·cm-3,施胶量7%,热压温度140℃,热压时间6 min,板坯含水率6%的刨花板。
