摘要:
 以经PEG4000、PEG6000、PEG8000、PEG10000 4种不同相对分子质量95、140、170、221、250、301 g·L-1和345 g·L-1 7种质量浓度处理的云南松种子为材料,以蒸馏水处理为对照,研究不同相对分子质量、不同质量浓度PEG处理对云南松种子发芽及其生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,经过PEG处理的云南松种子,在发芽率,萌发种子可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,幼苗胚根长、胚轴长等方面都比对照组的云南松种子和幼苗有所提高,而萌发种子电导率低于对照。通过方差分析和多重比较,发芽率与对照组相比,各相对分子质量之间PEG6000处理总体效果好,F检验极显著;各质量浓度之间140 g·L-1处理总体效果好,F检验极显著。通过发芽能力、幼苗生长、生理指标综合比较分析,PEG6000质量浓度170 g·L-1处理总体效果最好。
