摘要:
 以PVAc改性酚醛树脂作为胶粘剂热压制备铝箔贴面人造板,采用正交试验研究热压温度、热压时间、热压压力和施胶量对板材物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:热压温度对产品的各项性能指标影响最显著,其次为热压时间;最佳热压工艺条件为:热压温度140℃,热压时间9 min,热压压力0.6 MPa,施胶量200 g·m-2
Abstract:
 Modified phenolic resin was used to manufacture decorative fiberboard with aluminum foils by hot-pressing technology.An orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the process parameters:hot-pressing temperature and time,unit pressure and glue content.The results showed that hot-pressing temperature had the most significant influence on quality indice of the product,followed by hot-pressing time.The optimal technological parameters were hot-pressing temperature 140℃,hot-pressing time 9 min,unit pressure 0.6 MPa,glue content 200 g·m-2.
