摘要:
 针对中国现代家具民族元素缺失和多元化的历史背景，重审传统文化、人、时代三者之间的关系。对传统文化内涵进行深度剖析，分析其与现代设计间的关系，形成传统文化元素与现代家具设计的共生；从中国本土传统文化中汲取营养，对传统文化进行提炼，并从符号学、形与意、共感等方面进行探析，以期对中国现代家具设计提供一种新的视角和途径。
Abstract:
 Based on the analysis of the current situations existed in the furniture design and production in China,such as the lack of nationality characters and the filtration of diversified culture,relationship among culture,human being,and age was discussed.The connotation of traditional Chinese culture was analyzed,its relationship with contemporary design was expounded in order to form the co-existence of tradition and modernity.It was pointed out that the furniture design and production should draw nutrition from Chinese native traditional culture,refine and probe traditional culture from semiotics,form and sonnotation,and synaesthesia.The objective of the discussion was to provide a new perspective view and approach for Chinese modern furniture design.
