摘要:
 新中式家具是中国家具产业发展的主要方向之一，然而业内对于新中式家具如何继承传统文化却没有一致的认识。针对新中式家具发展的不足，通过分析传统家具的发展轨迹、资料和实物可获得的状况、国内外接受程度与现代设计理念的契合度，明确提出新中式家具继承的对象应该是以明式家具为主体，包含其他时期家具和其他艺术形式中优秀元素的完整体系，为新中式家具风格界定了中式的内涵。
Abstract:
 Development of the new Chinese style furniture (NCSF) is one of the main directions for the modern furniture industry in China.However, no consensus has been reached within the industry on how to inherit traditional Chinese culture in furniture development. Aiming to solve the problems in the development of NCSF,by analyzing the history of traditional Chinese furniture,the availability both for literature and antique furniture,degree of acceptance at home and abroad,as well as the degree of conforming to modern design concept,this paper definitely proposed that the main inheritance objects must be those in Ming Dynasty,including outstanding elements from other periods and forms,therefore, to define the meaning of traditional element in the development of NCSF.
