摘要:
 百合科(Liliaceae)菝葜族(Smilaceae)菝葜属(Smilax L.)植物在我国有广泛分布,该属植物富含甾体类化合物,具有广泛的生物活性,是开发心脑血管疾病药物以及抗肿瘤药物的首选植物。近年来随着心脑血管疾病和癌症的发病率逐渐上升,甾体类化合物也越来越多的受到关注和研究。从菝葜属植物的生物活性及研究进展进行论述,以期为菝葜属植物的研究和开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:
 The genus Smilax L.belongs to the family Smilaceae and tribe Liliaceae,and is widely distributed in China.The plants are rich in steroidal compounds,which are the candidates for the exploration of cardiac and anti-tumor drugs. In recent years,scientists have paid much more attention to steroids because of the increasing incidence of heart cerebrovascular diseases.Bioactivities of the genus Smilax were reviewed,some suggestions were put forward for the investigation and exploration of this genus in the future.
