摘要:
 以竹酢液、腐植酸、赤砂糖3种物质为改良材料对园林废弃物堆肥基质进行改良试验,以改良后基质的pH值、EC值、种子发芽率、根长、发芽指数为评价指标筛选出适宜固体栽培基质的最优改良剂。结果表明:添加竹酢液、腐植酸、赤砂糖混合改良剂的处理有效降低了基质pH值、EC值,改良效果随时间推移维持稳定;施加改良剂对于基质的种子发芽率、根长、发芽指数影响极显著(p<0.01),可有效提高种子发芽率、根长、发芽指数;基质pH值、EC值与种子发芽率、根长、发芽指数有极显著相关关系,说明改良剂的效果主要呈现在调节pH值、EC值上;将改良后基质之间各指标进行比较,腐植酸7.0 g+竹酢液0.5 mL+赤砂糖5.0 g加水配制至1 L的复合改良剂效果最好。
Abstract:
 In order to increase the effective use of green waste and improve the quality of growing substrate,3 kinds of ameliorant,including bamboo vinegar,humic acid and granulated sugar,were applied into green wastes compost substrate,substrate pH,substrate electrical conductance and seed germination parameters were measured as screening to screen out their proportioning for effectively adjusting growing substrate.The results showed these amendments decreased pH value and EC of green wastes compost substrate effectively,and these amendments has a stable amelioration effect with time.The bamboo vinegar,humic acid and granulated sugar had very significant effect on the germination ratio,root elongation and germination index (p<0.01),which made germination ratio,root elongation and germination index increased largely.substrate pH value and EC significantly correlated with seed germination ratio,root elongation and germination index(p<0.01),showing the important function of pH value and EC in explain the effectiveness of different amendments.The amendment with humic acid(7.0 g/L water) and bamboo vinegar(0.5 mL/L water) and granulated sugar(5.0 g/L water) has the best effect on green wastes compost substrate.
