摘要:
 以麦秸、麦叶、穗轴为研究对象,通过傅里叶红外光谱分析表明,麦秸内表面羟基浓度高,易于胶黏剂的润湿;麦秸外表面、麦叶和穗轴的表面羟基浓度非常低,不利于胶黏剂的润湿。通过接触角测量表明,MDI对麦秸内表面的接触角最小,润湿性最好,与麦秸外表面之间的润湿性次之,对麦叶的润湿性最差。差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析的结果表明,MDI可以与麦草中的羟基发生放热反应,MDI与麦秸反应的放热量较与麦叶和穗轴反应的放热量大。
Abstract:
 Relationships between functional groups, wettability of wheat straw, leaf, and spike-stalk and the hot-reaction characters with methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) were examined.FTIR analysis showed that the inner surface of wheat straw was rich in hydroxyl group, favorable to the infiltration of MDI. However, surfaces of wheat leaf and spike-stalk were poor in hydroxyl group, which was not favorable to the infiltration of adhesive. Contact angle experiment results showed that MDI had smallest contact angle and best wettability on the inner surface of the straw, compared to the outer surface of the straw and wheat leaf. DSC results showed that MDI was able to conduct exothermic reaction with hydroxyl group in the wheat straw. The amounts of heat released from the reaction of MDI and wheat straw were higher than those with wheat leaf and spike-stalk.
