摘要:
 对日本落叶松自由授粉家系子代测定林生长性状分析和遗传评估,旨在开展二代优树选择,为在甘肃省小陇山建立高世代种子园提供建园材料。研究结果表明:子代测定林生长性状在家系间及区组间胸径、树高、材积差异极显著。树高、胸径、材积、冠幅之间存在极显著相关。材积、胸径、树高单株遗传力分别为0.673 5、0.697 2、0.538 2,家系遗传力分别为0.533 0、0.536 6、0.539 2。材积、胸径单株遗传力大于家系遗传力。以子代测定林材积为基础,兼顾其他性状,采取优良家系和家系内优良单株结合的综合选择方式得到二代优树群体,作为日本落叶松高世代种子园的建园材料。最终选出优良家系8个,优良单株30株。选出的二代优树材积平均遗传增益为159.7%。
Abstract:
 In order to select plus trees and provide materials for the establishment of advanced generation seed orchard in Xiaolongshan,growth characteristic analysis and genetic evaluation were conducted on the progeny test forest of the open pollinated family of Japanese larch.Most significant differences were observed in the diameter at breast height (DBH),tree height (H),and timber volume (V) among different families and groups.Most significant correlations existed among H,DBH,V,and crown size.The values of individual heritability of V,DBH,and H were 0.673 5,0.697 2,and 0.538 2,respectively,and the values of relative family heritability were 0.533 0,0.536 6,and 0.539 2,respectively.Values of individual heritability of V and DBH were higher than those of family heritability.Based on the timber volumes,as well as other traits,secondary generations of plus tree groups were obtained by combined selections of superior family and individual plus trees,which would be used as materials to establish the seed orchard,including 8 families and 30 individual plus trees.The average genetic gains of timber volumes of secondary generation plus tree selected were 159.7%.
