摘要:
 平灾结合是保证城市公园绿地在灾害发生时能充分发挥其避震减灾功能的主要方法,合理有效的平灾转换模式是避难行为成功与否的关键。以河北滦县公园绿地规划为例,探讨城市公园绿地平灾转换总体规划与单个绿地平灾转换设计的方法,从而为构建一个布局合理、形态丰富、功能完善、连结通畅的城市避震减灾公园绿地的规划提供理论与实践借鉴。
Abstract:
 Green space plays an important role in the parks with multiple functions (recreation in normal time and evacuation in emergency).The reasonable and effective mode for function conversion is of essence for the success of the park during the occurrence of disaster such as earth quake.Taking the design and planning of the green spaces in parks in Luanxian County,Hebei Province as an example,the overall planning for such green spaces in parks were discussed to provide theoretical basis and reference for the construction of the green spaces with reasonable layout,diversified shape,complete function,and unobstructed links.
