摘要:
采用蛋白质的双向电泳和质谱技术分析了不同生境及木麻黄浸提液处理下的青皮幼苗叶片差异蛋白质组,鉴定出差异蛋白47个,特异蛋白11个,差异蛋白多与光合作用相关、与物质代谢相关; 特异蛋白多与抗逆及次生代谢物合成相关。与原生地比较,迁入地幼苗叶片未出现特异蛋白。为在分子水平上探讨化感物质的作用机制提供了基础。
Abstract:
This experiment analyzed the differential proteome of Vatica mangachapoi seedlings under the influence of the extract and different habitats of Casuarina equisetifolia by using two-dimensional electrophoresis and MALDI-TOF-MASS. 47 differential proteins and 11 specific proteins were identified, these differential proteins related to photosynthesis and substance metabolism, and specific proteins related to hardness and synthesis of secondary metabolites.Compareing the native area, there were not specific proteins in immigrant areas. This result indicates that the chemical stress caused by allelochemicals in immigrant areas had been weakened by various factors. It also provides a basis for the research of allelopathy mechanism at the molecular level.
