摘要:
 对不同林龄的木麻黄林地及其附近裸地土壤的理化性质、生化活性强度进行测定,并对其相关性进行分析。结果表明,随着林龄的增加,木麻黄林地的土壤pH值降低,土壤全磷增加,全氮量降低。3种林地中,中林有机质含量、硝态氮与铵态氮含量、呼吸作用及硝化作用强度均较幼林、成林地高,表明中林土壤微生态环境对于植株的生长较为适宜; 氨化作用和硝化作用与土壤铵态氮和硝态氮含量无显著相关,而与全氮呈显著相关。在此研究工作基础上,结合不同林龄木麻黄林地土壤生物因素的研究,可全面了解木麻黄林地的微生态环境,从而为营造混交林提供基础理论支持,也为加强沿海防护林建设及未来沿海防护林更新提供实践指导。
Abstract:
 Soil physicochemical properties, biological activity of Casuarina forests with different ages were determined. Correlations were analyzed. The results show that: with the increase of forest age, soil pH reduced, soil total phosphorus increased, and total nitrogen decreased;organic matter, NH4+ , and NO3- contents, respiration and nitrification of middle-aged forest were higher than those of other forests, suggesting that soil micro ecological environment for the growth of plants was better in middle age forest;the ammonification and nitrification were not significantly related to NH4+ and NO3- contents, but to total nitrogen. That means the ammonification and nitrification of soil microorganism was related to soil environmental conditions and types of microorganisms in addition to organic nitrogen compounds.
