摘要:
 利用ISSR分子标记对32个油茶种质材料的遗传多样性进行分析,了解其遗传关系。选用11条引物,对来自秦巴山区的32个油茶品种进行分子指纹分析,探索不同品种间的遗传相似性。结果表明:32个油茶品种中的遗传多样性,等位位点51个,每对引物等位位点数值在3~6之间,平均为4.6个。位点多态性信息含量PIC变幅为0.8 398~0.9 941之间,平均值为0.9 545。其32个品种可分为2类,分类结果与品种系谱比较吻合。研究表明,ISSR分子标记在鉴别品种和品种遗传多样性研究方面具有重要作用。
Abstract:
 ISSR markers were used to assess the genetic diversity in 32 varieties of Camellia oleifera occurring in Qinba Mountains to understand their genetic relationships and similarities. Eleven primes were adopted. A total of 51 allelic loci were found, and the number of alleles per primer pair ranged from 3 to 6, with an average of 4.6. The value of allelic polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.8398 to 0.9941, 0.9545 per primer on average. The 32 oil tea cultivars could be identified with combined 2 primers, consistent with the cluster analysis. It was indicated that ISSR markers play an important role in variety identification and study of genetic diversity.
