摘要:
 研究了叶面喷肥对油松移栽苗叶片内保护酶活性变化影响,以期为油松移栽苗进行科学追肥提供理论依据。采用田间试验法,对移栽油松幼苗进行叶面喷施尿素处理,尿素浓度设置为0.60%、1.20%、1.80%,对照喷施清水,3次重复。结果表明:1.20%处理的油松叶片内SOD、CAT、PPO酶活性处于最高值,与对照之间差异显著,POD酶活性5-8月份1.20%处理为最高,显著高于对照;1.80%处理的SOD、POD、PPO酶活性在6-7月份高于对照,低于1.20%处理,CAT酶活性除7月份外,其余月份均低于对照和1.20%处理;0.60%处理SOD酶活性在7-9月份低于对照和1.20%处理,POD 酶活性仅8月份高于对照。综合分析认为,尿素的喷施浓度为1.20%时对提高油松移栽苗叶片内保护酶活性效果最佳。
Abstract:
 Effects of fertilizer foliage spray on the protective enzymes in the leaves of transplanted Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings were studied to provide theoretical basis of rational fertilizer application. Seedlings that were transplanted in the field were sprayed by urea solution with different concentrations: 0.60%, 1.20%, and 1.80% with triplicates. Water was adopted as the control. The results showed that activities of protective enzymes in the seedling leaves, such as SOD, CAT, and PPO were the highest in 1.20% treatment, significantly different from the control. POD activity was the highest in May to August in 1.20% treatment, and significantly different from the control. In 1.8% treatment, the activities of 3 enzymes were higher than control and lower than 1.2% treatment in June to July.Except for July, CAT activity was lower than the control and 1.2% treatment. In 0.60% treatment, the activities of SOD and POD were lower than the control and 1.20% treatment in July to September, and POD activity was higher than the control only in August. Comprehensive analysis showed that 1.20% was the best concentration of spraying urea to promote the protective enzymes in transplanted P. tabulaeformis seedlings.
