摘要:
 在人工气候箱控制的不同温度(10、15、20、25、30℃和35℃)下,研究了种皮和环境温度对辽东栎(Quercus wutaishanica)种子萌发的影响。结果表明,种皮和环境温度对辽东栎种子的萌发率、萌发速率系数、萌发指数和活力指数均具有显著影响(p<0.01),二者对除萌发指数外的其他3个萌发参数均具有显著的交互作用(p<0.05)。种皮对辽东栎种子的萌发具有明显的抑制作用,去除种皮后,辽东栎种子的萌发率、萌发指数和活力指数均显著增大(p<0.01),且萌发进程加快。去除种皮的种子在15℃和20℃下萌发率较高(分别为95.0%和95.6%),在35℃下萌发率最低(27.5%);萌发速率系数随着温度升高有一定波动,在20℃下最大,萌发指数和活力指数均在15℃下最大(分别为0.9和570.0),随着温度的继续提高逐渐减小,两者均在35℃下最小(分别为0.2和155.3)。未去除种皮的种子在30℃和35℃下萌发率均为0,在25℃下萌发率仅12.2%;随着温度的提高,萌发速率系数在20℃下最大(4 038.2),在25℃下又大幅减小;萌发指数和活力指数均在10℃下最大,随着温度的提高而减小,20℃条件下萌发指数值最小。
Abstract:
 The effects of seed coat and environment temperature on the germination of Quercus wutaishanica seeds under different temperatures (10℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,and 35℃ respectively) controlled by the artificial climate incubator were investigated.The results showed that significant effects of both seed coat and environment temperature were detected (p<0.01) on germination percentage (GP), coefficient of rate of germination (CRG), germination index (GI) and vigor index (VI) of the seeds.Significant interaction effects between coat and temperature on three other germination parameters except GI were also observed (p<0.05).Seed coat played an obvious role of inhibition in seed germination and coat removal significantly increased GP,GI and VI (p<0.01) and accelerated germination timing.It was found that uncoated seeds had higher GP,95.0% and 95.6% at temperature of 15℃ and 20℃,respectively, and lower GP,27.5% at 35℃.CRG fluctuated with the elevation of temperature and maximized at 20℃.The temperature of 15℃ resulted in maximum of both GI and VI (0.89 and 570.0, respectively) while they declined with continuous increasing of the temperature and minimums of GI and VI were detected at 35℃(0.2 and 155.3,respectively).The GP of the seeds with capsules were 0 at both 30℃ and 35℃,and only 12.2% at 25℃.With the elevation of temperature,CRG maximized (4 038.24) when seeds were incubated at 20℃ and declined largely at 25℃.Maximums of GI and VI were observed at 10℃ and they decreased when the temperature declined, while the minimum of GI was detected at 20℃.
