摘要:
 为筛选超声波法提取西洋参多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,通过单因素及正交试验设计研究液料比、提取时间、超声功率、提取次数等因素对西洋参多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,西洋参多糖的最佳提取工艺为加入30倍体积的蒸馏水,60 W超声提取3次,每次20 min,西洋参多糖得率为12.35%。与传统的回流提取法相比,多糖得率提高11.46%。
Abstract:
 The optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Panax quinquefolium by ultrasonic wave assisted method were studied.Single factor experiments and orthogonal design were used to select the optimal extraction factors,including solvent to material ratio,extraction time,ultrasonic power and repeating times.The results of orthogonal experiments indicated that the yield of polysaccharides was 12.35% when the extraction was run 3 times with solvent (water) to material ratio of 30;the ultrasonic power was 60 W,20 minutes each time.The yield was 11.46% more than conventional reflux method.
