摘要:
 评估原木制成的单板、单板层积材(LVL)制品的品质,为原木进行适时最佳分等提供方法,以提高其利用价值。采用应力波无损检测法测定意杨原木、及其单板和LVL制品的动态弹性模量(MOE)值,并研究三者之间的相关性,同时,对LVL进行抗弯力学性能试验,检测其静态MOE值,与其动态MOE进行对比验证。结果表明:用应力波无损检测方法测定意杨原木的动态MOE值与其单板和LVL的动态MOE值之间均有较高的相关性(相关系数R>0.80),且LVL动、静态MOE之间呈显著相关(R>0.90)。
Abstract:
 The stress wave method was employed to measure the dynamic modulus of elasticity (MOE) of a group of poplar logs, corresponding veneers,and laminated veneer lumber (LVL) products to assess the quality of the veneer and LVL.LVL dynamic MOE values were in good agreement with static MOE values measured by bending test(R>0.90.The correlations among log,corresponding veneer and LVL products were also researched.Experimental results indicated that the stress MOE of the poplar logs had a strong correlation with the dynamic MOE of veneer and LVL products (R>0.80).
